If you are running low on Royal Felt Dollars or if you have taken markers or if you simply want to play at higher stakes tables, you can now trade Royal Felt Points for Royal Felt Dollars.

For increments of 500 Royal Felt Points, we will exchange those points at a rate of 1 point for 10 RF Dollars.  So 500 Royal Felt Points can be exchanged for 5,000 Royal Felt Dollars.

Build up your bankroll and play at the higher stakes tables.

All you need to do is use the support form -- click on Support tab near the top-right.  Tell us how many of your Royal Felt Points you want to exchange for Royal Felt Dollars.  We'll normally process your request within three business days and send you email when the exchange has been completed.  It's that simple!

Terms and Conditions

1)- You must be a Royal Felt Poker player in good standing.

2)- You must have a valid email address in your profile on RoyalFelt.com Poker that accepts email from Royal Felt Customer Service and you must provide that address with your request.

3)- You must have at least 500 Royal Felt Points in your account.  If you request an exchange for more points than you have, or an increment other than 500, we will not be able to process your request.

4)- All exchanges of Royal Felt Points for Royal Felt Dollars must be in increments of 500 points for 5,000 dollars.

5)- You must make the request using the Support form.

6)- RoyalFelt.com Poker will normally make an eligible exchange within 3 business days but reserves the right to take longer, if necessary.

7)- You will receive email from RoyalFelt.com once your exchange request has been processed.

8)- Redemptions may not be reversed once processed; exchanges are final.

9)- Royal Felt reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time.
